Tahoe Reno Industrial Center 

One of our Clients acquired 107,000 acres of unimproved raw land from Gulf Oil near Reno, Nevada and this Project is now the largest industrial commercial project in the Western Hemisphere.  We were there from the beginning of this dynamic asset which is now the home to Tesla, Google, Switch, WalMart and a very long list of other well-known companies.  Focusing on the big picture was an important ingredient to the effective representation of our Client.

FedEx Corporate World Headquarters Building 

Our office represented the Buyer of this Property located in Memphis, Tennessee which is locally referred to as "Fred's House", coined after Fred Smith, Chairman of the Board and Founder of Federal Express Corporation (NYSE: FDX).  Services rendered included the negotiation and structuring of the acquisition and financing of the Property as well as arranging for formation of the ownership entity.  Subsequently, we handled all aspects of completing the sale of this asset as a part of a 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange and, also, the acquisition, leasing and financing of the exchange property.  We have handled more than 200 similar transactions for our Clients.  Our experience in handling the details and closings of these types of transactions substantially impacted the results for our Clients.

E-tailer Marketing & Distribution Program 

This transaction enabled our Client to arrange for a global marketing arrangement with a Worldwide well known public company.  Our Office negotiated and structured the various agreements to facilitate our Client's goals as a part of a merger between competitors and a shareholder buy-out by the majority owner.  Ultimately, our work paved the way for the Client’s successful IPO.

Private Equity Corporate Acquisition 

The Firm was chief counsel for the founding shareholders of a privately held national company which initially sold a controlling interest to a Private Equity Fund and, subsequently, several further capital transactions at higher valuations. Keeping our eye on the Clients’ goal was the secret to our success and representation.

Fund/Sponsor Representation 

We work closely with Sponsors of Funds which typically invest in real estate, discounted loan acquisition and private equity or debt lending.  Our services include the broad array of contracts and documents necessary to carry on the business objectives of these private companies.  In this connection, we have structured complicated ground lease and joint venture transactions with National Developers of Fortune 100 Companies for some of these projects.  We strive to use our professional connections in a confidential and discreet manner which fosters confidence in dealing with a variety of players in the active world of business and real estate transactions.
