We represent owners, developers, investors and lenders in a range of real property activities including: 

• negotiating, structuring and closing transactions 
• creating legal entities such as limited liability companies, corporations and limited partnerships in all 50 states 
• recommending owner/partner strategies associated with such transactions 
• preparing and reviewing acquisition, sale, exchange, financing and title documents 
• handling commercial landlord-tenant transactions including negotiating and drafting lease documents

Business/Corporate.

Transactional services include: 

• forming and advising corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other business entities in all 50 states  
• creating owner/investor agreements 
• structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions structure and negotiate bank, venture capital, institutional and private financings 
• create, negotiate and draft a broad array of legal contracts and agreements for a large variety of  transactions.
